Live Blackfoot Abalone (Paua)
New Zealand paua/abalone are widespread around the New Zealand coast. Found from the intertidal zone down to approximately 15 meters. Only paua/abalone over the minimum size limit may be taken by divers who are restricted to using snorkelling equipment.

Live Crayfish
New Zealand Crayfish are harvested throughout the year. In general, the lowest catches occur when Crayfish are moulting and mating (usually between February and May). The highest catches occur from June to November, with regional variations. There are nine rock lobster fisheries management areas around New Zealand. Commercial landings fluctuate at about 2,500 tonnes each season.
Adult rock lobsters migrate to deeper waters, sometimes travelling 20 kilometers or more, to mate and lay their eggs.
Live Eel
The New Zealand longfin eel is a species of freshwater eel that is endemic to New Zealand. It is the largest freshwater eel in New Zealand and the only endemic species – the other eels found in New Zealand are the native shortfin eel, also found in Australia, and the naturally introduced Australian longfin eel.
Live Oyster
Pacific oysters were introduced in New Zealand and have a moderately complex life-cycle. In the wild, they can live for several years and grow to 20 cm or more (shell length) but most have become reproductively active by the time they reach 6-8 cm in 12-20 months. Adults release their gametes into the open water.
Live Blue Cod
New Zealand blue cod is exclusively found in New Zealand. The flavor of this fish is delicate/mild and slightly sweet. it has a small soft yielding flake and when cooked the flesh turns super white. Because of its delicate flavor and features, it is recommended to add a texture to the cooking process; popular choices are crumbling or battering Blue Cod when cooking.
Live Wrasse
Wrasse lives in New Zealand's seagrass-covered reef rocky area. The flesh is tender and rich in nutrients, high in protein and low in fat.
